I also admire how one can now experience everything in front of the computer, from air combat to bomber escort. It is almost frightening how real the graphics and the flight models are. It brings the feeling of aerial combat very close to real life, as opposed to other sims I've played. "For me, IL-2 is a very impressive flight simulator. It's the first sim that I enjoy flying more than real planes." IL-2 takes flight simulators to a whole new level. I think a combination of the IL-2 team's engineering knowledge, real-world flying experience, passion for history and most of all complete devotion to perfection have created something more than a sum of all the parts. I am one of the few people in the world who realises the amount of effort and dedication that went into this sim - and I'm nevertheless amazed by the results. "It has been an honour for me to be involved in testing this product.

I say such words about a flight Simulator for the first time, IL-2 is really fantastic." Also the graphics and the damage model are amazing.with IL-2 you feel like you are flying in a real WWII surrounding. It is not only the best, it is very close to the real thing. IL-2 has the best flight models that I have ever seen in a flight simulator. After testing IL-2 for many hours I have to say that a new generation of flight simulators is born. "I was a pilot at the 'Bundeswehr' and had the opportunity to fly a rebuilt variant of the ME-109. Oleg Maddox, Lead Designer of IL-2 Sturmovik. Finally, we would like to say many thanks to our beta testers, who helped us to eliminate any bugs." We are also very grateful to all the pilots that were involved in the long tests of the flight models. We would like to express our thanks to the thousands of players who helped and supported us during those years.

We were in constant contact with the players community during the development period and tried to implement as many player's suggestions as possible to try to satisfy all user groups. It was the serious and hard work of aviation engineers, designers, programmers and real pilots - the staff of 1C:Maddox Games. "This simulator was in development for more than 3 years.

I'm always really terrible at hitting Steam sales. I think I've actually bought the majority of my games from them.

Maybe not always in terms of the monetary sense, but ease of mind. So, even if it is more expensive at times, it's still worth it for the service they provide. It's always nicer to get things on Steam itself though, as then you'll be able to utilize their support, and you won't have to worry about repercussions or anything. The majority of those GTA 5 keys were from the shark card bundle, and then later when it went on sale for like $30. It's nice to be able to get a game that was on sale for the sale price if you end up missing it on Steam. It's convenient, and they make a pretty good profit off of it. They'll mark the price up a bit, and then resell the keys. On G2A, a lot of the keys are bought in bulk during these cheap sales, during bundle sales, or other promotions. It isn't that Steam is overpriced, but their sales are only for a limited time, and then they revert back to the standard shelf-price.
